Hello and welcome to Drawn to DIY!
Today, I'm sharing a 2-page printable to help prepare for the new year.
The first section of the first page highlights what happened in 2016 — your greatest accomplishment, your greatest lesson, your most memorable moments, and most importantly, what you are grateful for.
Listing all these is essential during this transition period because it makes you reflect on what truly matters in your life.
For those of us who felt like the past 12 months went by too fast, now is the perfect time to assess our priorities and honestly evaluate areas in our lives that are doing well and other aspects that may need improvement.
The second section of the first page highlights your goals for 2017 — a much easier task once you know where you're coming from and where you are at present.
I've divided this part into five categories:
- self and well-being
- family and relationships
- work or business
- passions or hobbies
but feel free to revise as you see fit. Just remember to be as specific as you can.
The second page of the free printables is where we list down the actions we're willing to take in order to make the most out of 2017.
This can serve as a guideline in creating action plans for each of our goals.
Again, these are just examples of statements that would help direct our actions throughout the year but feel free to tailor them to your situation.
